The
Belgian market is divided into two linguistic regions,
with a combined population of 10.4 million.
Walloonia one of the three administrative and
governmental regions which comprise the federal state

HOSPIBEL : An Export Club of Belgian Companies

organization called Hospibel is an export club of
Belgian companies operating in the field of the supply
of goods and services for medical and hospital
purposes. Hospibel was formed by manufacturers wishing
to promote Belgium’s expertise in medical field
abroad. The aim of Hospibel is to group together the
most competent producers, consultants and other
Belgian company owners in the medical and hospital
sectors for the purpose of encouraging and supporting
their exports. Seen as a whole, their product ranges
cover most of the needs of the present-day medical
sector.Hospibel circulates commercial information to
its members and takes part in or organises campaigns
abroad (missions or trade fairs, such as Medica in
Diisseldorf, Hospimedica in Singapore and Bangkok,
Arab Health etc.). Hospibel is managed by Agoria, the
multi-sectorial federation of the technology industry.
